1.0 What is Click-2-Test-Drive?
The test drive instant booking solution
“Click2TestDrive” or “Instant Booking” is a solution that enables the instant booking and confirmation of test drives by checking, in real time, the availability of any sales representatives (Agents) taking part in the test drives and the bookable vehicles.
This solution optimises the time spent on booking request management while enabling the user to receive instant confirmation of their booking and initially avoids follow-up e-mails or telephone calls to confirm with the user.
It also enables tracking and management of said test drives in the system itself, for which all possible use cases have been considered. These will be explained later in this manual.
