2.1.3 THE END USER/CUSTOMER WALKS IN TO THE DEALERSHIP WANTING TO BOOK A TEST DRIVE

Imagine that an end user/customer walks in to a dealership and wants to take a test drive right then or at another time. In this case, the process is very similar to the above except that “Walk-in” must be selected in the SOURCE field.

All Test drives must be processed through the system regardless of the source (Online, Telephone call, Walk-in, Events, Switchboard, etc.) for tracking purposes and measurement analysis of the results from the campaigns in various markets.

The verification code step is also required in this case because that is how the end user/customer accepts the CUPRA privacy policies and terms and conditions of use reflected in the e-mail when providing their contact details to the CUPRA Master.
