2.1.2 THE END USER/CUSTOMER CALLS A DEALERSHIP TO BOOK A TEST DRIVE

Imagine that an end user/customer calls a dealership to ask for a test drive.

The video below shows a step-by-step walkthrough about what a CUPRA Master needs to do to finalise a test drive booking made over the telephone.

This can be done in either of two places:

1. From iCalendar > Calendar view or Tables view - By clicking on the red “Create new appointment” button and following all the steps.

2. From Services - By clicking on the calendar button in the pertinent service template and following all the 
steps.

In either case, the CUPRA Master should select the “Telephone call” option in the SOURCE field.Remember how important it is for the CUPRA Master to notify the end user by telephone that they will receive a booking verification/confirmation code that they will need to give to the CUPRA Master so they can finalise the process. It will not be possible to finalise the booking without that validation code.
