Where can I find unprocessed reservations?
The ‘Lost Opportunities’ section is located in the left-hand menu of the platform under ‘Lead Generation’.
This section will display users who have not completed the booking registration for any reason.
You can contact these users using the details they provided before completing their registration in case they encountered any problems when completing the registration process.
