ASSET
An asset or resource created in the system that can be booked through a service.
BACKEND
The system's dashboard where the AGENT can view and manage test drive bookings. This section is visible only to registered AGENT with access and is not available to end customers.
BUSINESS AS USUAL
Refers to the "standard day-to-day service" for test drives, provided under normal conditions such as standard duration, spacing between bookings, and the minimum lead time for scheduling.
DROPDOWN MENU
A vertically expanding menu list that opens when clicking on the menu title, allowing the user to select from multiple options.
STEROIDS
Within the context of this pilot program, this term refers to a specific resource or vehicle model, which is available for bookings.
FIELDS
Data fields are spaces within a form where users input specific information, such as names, addresses, or dates.
CSV FORMAT
A file type used to store data in a structured table format (rows and columns), often used for calculations or analyses.
HELPDESK CHAT
A chat function enabling AGENTS to communicate directly with the technical support team for questions or system-related incidents.
IFRAME
The website section where the test drive booking system operates for end users/customers.
INSTANT BOOKING
A feature allowing users or AGENTS to make test drive bookings immediately, with real-time checks for vehicle and agent availability, without requiring later confirmation.
TEST DRIVE LANDING PAGE
A specific webpage that provides comprehensive information about the Instant Booking section.
LEAD
An individual or end user who shows interest in the test drive service by completing the registration form, providing useful information for the company.
ONLINE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
The process an online user follows to book a test drive through the importer’s or dealership’s website/landing page.
PIXELS
Small code fragments embedded in URLs to track visitor behavior and collect data on their actions. These are invisible to users.
ROADSHOW
An itinerary in which vehicles move from one dealership to another across various markets.
TEST DRIVE
A service allowing a user to test drive a car model for a limited time before potentially purchasing it.
URL
A link directing to a specific page on a website.
UTMS
Urchin Tracking Modules are tracking parameters in URLs used to analyze the source of online traffic (e.g., advertising campaigns, medium, or search terms). This data is relevant for marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
WALK-INS
Customers who visit the dealership without a prior appointment.
