2.1.2 The end user/customer calls a dealership to book a Test Drive
Imagine that an end user/customer calls a dealership to ask for a test drive.
This can be done in either of two places:
1. From iCalendar > Calendar view or Tables view - By clicking on the red “Create new appointment” button and following all the steps.

2. From Services - By clicking on the calendar button in the pertinent service template and following all the steps.

In either case, the Agent should select the “Telephone call” option in the SOURCE field.
